The Crop

Our coffee is elaborated with the most fine selection of grains that are cultivated on the Colombian mountains.
The balance of rain, altitude, soil and the way is handicraft cultivated, determines the unique flavor, body and aroma of the coffee beans that are finely selected for our production process. Our coffee is handpicked and managed according to Colombian tradition.



The Roasting process
This part of the process defines the performance and aroma of the final product. At Café Versalles we have standardized and perfected a middle toast point, we have manage that in our product the clients always find a excellent acid flavor with a little bit of delicate bitterness, and also a magnificent smell that is manifested trough the aroma that resembles its nature and origin, this in socio-economical words gives to our consumer life quality regarding the sensations made by our coffee.
Pursuing the main company goal of satisfying the different tastes and needs of our clients we also offer different roast levels in order to adjust it (light, medium and dark)



The Grinding process:

Is the process that gives the final touch in order to determine the coffee performance, in the market you will be able to find thick, medium and fine ground coffee. Our company offers a med-fine grind in order to guarantee and optimal level of performance, independently of the process that the final consumer chooses to prepare a cup of coffee.
Like the toasting process we also adapt our grind according to client needs and expectatives.
